She is very dedicated to her kids. She stays late almost everyday. On the weekends, she makes lesson plans that give kids a fun and different ways of learning. She uses different technologies and devices to keep the kids interested. She goes out and buys all kinds of learning tools along with treats and prizes. She worries about kids, all the time not just when she is at school. The kids feel as if they can talk to her and she will listen. She is definitly in her element! I couldn't see her in any other profession. She enjoys sitting down and teaching her grandkids the differnt colors or "ABC". She truly deserves a medal for all that she has done and still all that she does! I would like to nominate Mrs. JoAnn Johnson, 5th grade teacher at Pembroke Elementary School in NC.
